The Role
You will provide vital first and second-line support to a diverse community of staff and students. Whether you are troubleshooting hardware in a classroom or managing cloud permissions from the server room, your work will ensure that teaching and learning remain uninterrupted.
Key Responsibilities:
- Desktop & Helpdesk Support: Resolve technical issues related to Windows and MacOS devices, interactive displays, and classroom peripherals.
- Network Administration: Assist with the maintenance of the school’s wired and wireless infrastructure, ensuring high-speed connectivity across the campus.
- Cloud Management: Administer user accounts and security groups within Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
