A forward-thinking primary school in Camden is urgently seeking a dedicated Intervention Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role is focused on supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) through targeted 1:1 and small group interventions. - Previous experience in SEN support, intervention delivery, or classroom assistance
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to work effectively 1:1 or with small groups
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Patience, adaptability, and professionalism
- Relevant qualifications such as Level 3 TA, ELSA, or SEN-focused training
- Desirable: experience with intervention programs such as Little Wandle, 1st, or Lexia.
