A successful secondary school in Ealing is looking to appoint an HR Officer to join its dedicated support staff team on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2026. The Role
- Providing day-to-day operational HR support, ensuring processes are delivered efficiently and employees receive a responsive and professional service.
- Supporting recruitment campaigns and coordinating interview processes.
- Managing onboarding, induction and pre-employment checks.
- Preparing contracts, offer letters and HR documentation.
- Maintaining accurate personnel records and HR systems.
- Supporting employee relations and absence management processes.
- Advising managers on routine HR queries and procedures.
- Ensuring safeguarding and employment compliance requirements are met.
