A high-performing primary school in Wandsworth is looking to appoint an experienced HR Manager to join its senior support team on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2026. The RoleYou'll lead all aspects of Human Resources, ensuring the school delivers a proactive, compliant, and people-focused HR service while supporting long-term organisational success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing recruitment, onboarding, and safer recruitment processes
- Providing expert advice on employee relations, attendance, disciplinary, grievance, and capability matters
- Supporting senior leaders with workforce planning and organisational development
- Reviewing and implementing HR policies in line with current employment legislation
- Managing contracts, payroll variations, HR systems, and personnel records
- Leading initiatives to improve staff wellbeing, engagement, and retention
- Producing HR reports and workforce analytics to support strategic decision-making
- Continuously reviewing HR processes to improve efficiency and employee experience
