A well-established secondary school is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join its friendly support team on a part-time, permanent basis from October 2026. Working 20 hours each week over five days, you'll provide essential administrative support to the school's HR function, helping to ensure recruitment, employee records, and HR processes run smoothly throughout the year. This role would suit someone who enjoys working collaboratively and takes pride in delivering a high standard of administrative support.

This varied position offers the opportunity to support all aspects of school HR while working closely with colleagues across the organisation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting recruitment campaigns and interview administration
  • Preparing contracts, correspondence, and HR documentation
  • Maintaining confidential employee files and HR systems
  • Coordinating pre-employment and safeguarding checks
  • Assisting with absence monitoring and payroll changes
