I'm currently working with a successful secondary school in Westminster that is looking to appoint an experienced HR Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2026.

Working closely with the HR Manager and Senior Leadership Team, you'll help ensure the school's HR function runs efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and professionalism.
The Role
You'll provide high-quality administrative support across all areas of Human Resources, helping to deliver an excellent experience for both current and prospective employees.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting recruitment campaigns and coordinating interviews
Preparing contracts, offer letters, and employment documentation
Managing pre-employment checks, including DBS and Right to Work
Maintaining accurate personnel records and HR systems
Processing contractual changes and payroll information
Supporting staff onboarding and induction
Responding to HR queries from colleagues across the school
Assisting with HR projects and day-to-day administration

The Successful Candidate
