The Role
As Site Manager, you'll ensure the school premises remain safe, secure, and well maintained throughout the year.
Responsibilities include:
Opening and closing the school site
Coordinating maintenance and repairs
Managing contractors and external suppliers
Carrying out health and safety checks
Maintaining the school grounds and buildings
Supporting premises improvement projects
The school is looking for someone with previous experience in site management, caretaking, facilities, or estates management who enjoys taking ownership and working as part of a close-knit team.
