A highly regarded secondary school near Tower Bridge Station is seeking to appoint an ambitious and talented Head of Geography to join its successful Humanities faculty from September 2026. Working closely with senior leaders and the wider Humanities team, you will drive standards of teaching and learning, oversee curriculum development, monitor student progress, and contribute to raising attainment and engagement in Geography across the school. Experience and Qualifications
- A degree in Geography or a related subject

- A strong understanding of curriculum planning, assessment, and fieldwork delivery
- The ability to inspire students of all abilities through engaging and challenging lessons
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for geographical enquiry, sustainability, and student achievement
- The legal right to work in the UK
