The successful Head of Design Technology will be both ambitious and committed to the teaching of Design Technology. They will bring enthusiasm, dedication and ideas to the department and a desire to promote success, whilst instilling in their students a passion for the subject.

Experience and Qualifications

Degree in Design Technology or similar
-
QTS or PGCE
-
Proven experience teaching Design Technology, ideally to GCSE level

Experience of leading or managing a department, or a strong desire to progress into departmental leadership
Salary
The salary for this position will be paid in line with the London MPS/UPS pay scale, depending on experience and qualifications.
