We are seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious, and committed Geography Teacher to join the successful Humanities faculty at an Outstanding Ofsted-rated secondary academy in the Ealing area of Inner West London. This is a full-time, permanent position starting in January 2026.

The successful applicant will be an inspirational and highly effective Geography specialist dedicated to delivering engaging and rigorous lessons across the curriculum. You will be joining a supportive, high-achieving environment where fieldwork, data analysis, and critical thinking are paramount. This role offers the chance to work in an exemplary school setting, focusing solely on outstanding classroom practice and contributing to the department's strong results.

We Are Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
  • A proven track record as an excellent Geography Teacher (covering both human and physical aspects to at least KS4).
  • A genuine passion for the subject and the ability to inspire students of all abilities.
  • A strong commitment to integrating fieldwork and current global issues into the curriculum.
  • The drive to uphold and contribute to the academy’s Outstanding standards.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) for Teachers.
  • The base salary will be paid according to experience within the statutory Inner London Pay Scale (The Inner London Main Pay Range minimum is approximately £40,317 as of September 2025).
  • A fixed Recruitment and Retention (R&R) Allowance of £2,000 per annum.
  • Excellent, structured professional development and career progression pathways.
