Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the delivery of the EYFS curriculum, including early literacy, numeracy, phonics, and creative learning.
- Provide targeted support for children with SEN, EAL, or social-emotional challenges.
- Encourage positive behaviour and help children develop emotional regulation skills.
- Support classroom routines, transitions, snack times, and outdoor activities.
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress in line with EYFS standards.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCO, specialists, and parents to ensure consistent support.
- Maintain safeguarding, health, and safety standards.
- Support emotional wellbeing, social development, and engagement in learning.
- Has experience or strong interest in early years / EYFS settings.
- Understands child development and EYFS framework requirements.
