Exceptional schools deserve exceptional facilities. A prestigious Independent Primary School in Kensington & Chelsea is seeking an experienced Estates & Facilities Manager to join its senior support team on a full-time, permanent basis from October Half Term 2026.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced facilities professional to take ownership of a beautifully maintained school campus, ensuring pupils and staff benefit from a safe, secure and inspiring learning environment. Reporting to the Bursar, you'll lead the day-to-day management of the school's estate while driving high standards across maintenance, compliance and health & safety.

The Role

You'll be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the school's buildings, grounds and facilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the maintenance and upkeep of the school estate

  • Managing planned and reactive maintenance programmes

  • Overseeing contractors and external service providers

  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety, fire safety and statutory regulations

  • Managing facilities budgets and procurement

  • Developing long-term maintenance and improvement plans

  • Supporting school events and ensuring the site operates efficiently throughout the year

About You

Salary & Benefits
