A prestigious Independent School in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is seeking a dependable and hardworking Caretaker to join its premises team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities will include opening and securing the site, carrying out routine maintenance tasks, conducting site inspections, monitoring health and safety compliance and ensuring all facilities remain fit for purpose.
You will liaise with contractors, report maintenance issues, support school events and assist with site improvement projects. The successful candidate will also help maintain a safe environment for students, staff and visitors while contributing positively to the wider school community.
The role requires a practical, organised and proactive individual with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
