We are seeking a well-organised and proactive Behaviour & Attendance Administrator to support the effective management of student behaviour and attendance. This role is key in ensuring accurate record-keeping, clear communication, and timely support for students, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, punctuality, and behaviour incidents
- Monitor daily attendance and follow up on absences in line with school procedures
- Support behaviour systems, including logging incidents, detentions, and sanctions
- Communicate with parents/carers regarding attendance and behaviour concerns
- Produce reports and data for senior leaders, pastoral staff, and external agencies
- Provide administrative support to the pastoral, safeguarding, and attendance teams
