A dynamic secondary school in West London is recruiting a proactive Behaviour Mentor to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will work with students at risk of exclusion, poor attendance, or disengagement from education. You will play a key role in improving behaviour outcomes, supporting emotional wellbeing, and helping students develop positive attitudes towards learning. This is a challenging yet highly rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver one-to-one mentoring and behaviour interventions
- Support reintegration following exclusions or time out of class
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and behaviour progress
- Work closely with pastoral, SEN, and safeguarding teams
- Support students during lessons and unstructured times
- Experience working with adolescents or vulnerable young people
