A supportive and inclusive Good secondary school in Lewisham is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their pastoral team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young people, promoting positive behaviour and helping students overcome barriers to learning.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students who require additional behavioural and emotional support. You will build positive relationships, provide one-to-one and small group support, and help students develop strategies to manage their behaviour effectively.

You will collaborate with teaching staff, pastoral leaders and external agencies to ensure that students receive consistent and effective support.
