The Role
As Site Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the school premises, ensuring everything is maintained to a high standard and the site remains safe, secure, and fully operational.
Responsibilities include:
Managing the daily operation of the school site
Carrying out and coordinating maintenance works
Supervising contractors and service providers
Ensuring health and safety compliance across the premises
Managing site security and access arrangements
Supporting planned maintenance and improvement projects
The successful candidate will be practical, organised, and confident managing a busy site. Previous experience within site management, caretaking, facilities, or estates management is essential.
