A progressive and inclusive secondary school in West London is seeking a skilled and compassionate ARP Teaching Assistant to join their Additionally Resourced Provision. The ARP supports students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), primarily those with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), communication needs, sensory processing difficulties, and associated social and emotional challenges. As an ARP Teaching Assistant, you will support students aged 11–16 within both the ARP setting and mainstream classrooms where appropriate.
