A progressive and inclusive secondary school in West London is seeking a skilled and compassionate ARP Teaching Assistant to join their Additionally Resourced Provision. The ARP supports students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), primarily those with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), communication needs, sensory processing difficulties, and associated social and emotional challenges. The school has a strong commitment to inclusive practice and aims to ensure that students within the ARP are supported to access the curriculum, develop independence, and build confidence as they progress through secondary education. As an ARP Teaching Assistant, you will support students aged 11–16 within both the ARP setting and mainstream classrooms where appropriate. You will provide tailored support to help students manage learning demands, emotional regulation, social interaction, and transitions throughout the school day.
