An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious LKS2 Teacher to join our thriving school in Oxford. This role begins part-time in January 2026 and transitions to full-time in September 2026, with added Middle Leadership responsibilities. Our school is well regarded for its strong academic standards, inclusive ethos, and commitment to developing the whole child. The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to teach within Key Stage 2 and to take on a Middle Leadership role from September 2026. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, challenging, and creative lessons, fostering a love of learning in all pupils. From September, the role will include leadership responsibilities, supporting colleagues and contributing to the school’s strategic development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to pupils’ individual needs.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- Monitor, assess, and track pupils’ progress to ensure excellent outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to maintain a collaborative school community.
- Contribute to extra-curricular and enrichment activities.
- From September: lead and support colleagues in your area of responsibility, driving excellent teaching and learning.
Candidate Profile:
- We are looking for a motivated and forward-thinking teacher who:
- Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications.
- Has experience teaching at Key Stage 2 with a strong understanding of the national curriculum.
