Hours: 12.5 hours per week, all year round
Working pattern: Afternoons, 15:10–17:40. Morning shifts, 05:30–08:00, may also be considered.
A school in Liverpool is seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for pupils and staff. This is a permanent opportunity suited to someone who takes pride in their work and can work independently as part of a wider cleaning team.
Key Responsibilities
Clean classrooms, corridors, toilets and other designated areas to the required standard.
Empty bins and dispose of waste safely.
Replenish toiletries and cleaning supplies as required.
Use cleaning equipment and products safely, following health and safety procedures.
Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment or low stock levels to the supervisor.
Keep cleaning equipment and storage areas clean and tidy.
What We’re Looking For
A reliable, organised and thorough approach to work.
Good awareness of health and safety.
The ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Flexibility to provide cover for colleagues when required.
Previous cleaning experience is beneficial, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
