Psychology Teacher
A high-performing secondary school in Liverpool is seeking a dedicated Psychology Teacher to join a well-resourced and supportive Humanities faculty. The successful candidate will teach Psychology across KS4 and KS5, delivering engaging lessons covering key areas such as cognitive psychology, social influence, memory, attachment, psychopathology, and research methods.
The role requires the ability to plan and deliver structured lessons, assess student progress effectively, and adapt teaching to meet the needs of a range of learners. Strong classroom management and the ability to maintain high expectations are essential.
You will be expected to contribute to curriculum planning, departmental resources, and standardisation of assessment practices. The ability to support students in developing strong examination skills is also required.
This role would suit both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are looking to develop within a supportive and structured department.

Requirements
Ability to teach Psychology at KS4 and KS5
Formal teaching qualification with QTS (PGCE or equivalent)
Strong subject knowledge in Psychology
Ability to deliver structured and differentiated lessons
Good classroom management and organisational skills
Commitment to safeguarding and student progress
