School & Trust Culture: A successful MAT in Liverpool that oversees five local primary schools. You will be based in the central Trust offices, working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment that values accuracy, compliance, and the ability to multitask across different school settings.

The Role & Compliance Focus: This role focuses heavily on safeguarding compliance and personnel data integrity across multiple school sites. You will be the "compliance champion" for the trust.

Responsibilities:

  • Single Central Record (SCR) Audit: Conducting weekly audits of the SCR for all five schools to ensure total compliance with DfE regulations. You will prepare the trust for "mock" and actual Ofsted inspections.
  • Absence Monitoring & Occupational Health: Identifying sickness triggers across the trust, conducting return-to-work interviews for support staff, and arranging Occupational Health referrals to support staff back into the workplace.
  • Professional Clerk & Note Taking: Acting as the formal note-taker for investigation meetings, disciplinary hearings, and union consultations. Your minutes will be the official legal record of these proceedings.
  • Payroll Liaison: Ensuring that all payroll instructions—including new starters, leavers, and unpaid leave—are submitted to the central payroll team with 100% accuracy each month.

Salary & Enhanced Benefits:

  • Salary Range: £28,000 – £34,500 (Regional Scale)
