This role is essential in maintaining accurate staff records, ensuring safer recruitment compliance, and supporting all HR administrative activities. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain staff personnel files, contracts, absence tracking, and CPD databases
- Support the full recruitment cycle: adverts, candidate communication, interview scheduling
- Process DBS checks, references, and all vetting documentation in line with KCSIE
- Update and monitor the Single Central Record daily
- Assist with payroll queries and liaise with HR systems providers
- Manage the HR inbox and respond to staff queries professionally
- Provide wider administrative support to the school office when required
