A well-established secondary school in Liverpool is looking to appoint a confident, consistent and experienced Behaviour Manager to join its dedicated pastoral and student-support team. This is a key position within the school, supporting the implementation of behaviour expectations and helping students develop positive attitudes towards school, learning and their relationships with others. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral leaders, senior leadership, students and families to address behaviour concerns and put appropriate support in place.

Experience and Requirements
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a behaviour, pastoral, education, youth work or student-support position. Experience working with secondary-aged students and challenging behaviour would be particularly beneficial. You will need to be confident and consistent while also demonstrating empathy and patience. The successful candidate should understand that students respond positively when expectations are clear and relationships are built on mutual respect.
