An Outstanding secondary school in Liverpool is seeking a creative and organised Art Technician to support their successful Art department. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a vibrant and well-equipped creative environment where students are encouraged to develop confidence, imagination and artistic skill.

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of the Art department by preparing materials and resources for practical lessons across KS3, KS4 and KS5. You will assist teaching staff with lesson preparation, maintain equipment and ensure that studios and creative spaces remain organised, safe and inspiring learning environments.

Responsibilities will include preparing paints, clay, printing materials and specialist equipment, maintaining stock levels, organising displays of student work and supporting health and safety procedures throughout the department. You may also support students during practical activities where appropriate.

The role requires someone who is practical, organised and enthusiastic about Art and Design. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential. The school is looking for someone who can contribute positively to a collaborative and creative department.
