An Outstanding Secondary School in Lincolnshire is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Teacher to join its successful Mathematics department from September. The Role
The successful Maths Teacher will teach Mathematics across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to teach KS5 depending on experience. You will deliver well-planned and engaging lessons that challenge students while ensuring learners of all abilities receive the support they need to make strong progress.
The Mathematics curriculum encourages students to develop fluency, reasoning, and problem-solving skills while understanding how mathematical concepts can be applied to real-world situations.
You will work closely with colleagues to plan lessons, share effective teaching strategies, monitor student progress, and contribute to the continued development of the department.
Key Responsibilities

Teach Mathematics across KS3, KS4, and KS5 where appropriate

Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons

Prepare students for GCSE and relevant post-16 examinations

Develop students' mathematical fluency, reasoning, and problem-solving skills

Assess student progress and provide meaningful feedback

Adapt teaching to meet the needs of different abilities
