We are searching for an organized and empathetic School Receptionist for a large, thriving secondary school in Lincoln. We need someone who can maintain a calm and tidy reception area even during the busy morning and afternoon peaks, providing an outstanding service to all stakeholders.
Location: Lincoln (Accessible from Sleaford, Newark, and Gainsborough)
Salary: £23,500 – £26,500 (Lincolnshire County Council Grade)
Contract: Permanent, Term-time only (plus 5 days)

Detailed Responsibilities:
- Communication Hub: Being the first line of response for telephone queries and filtering calls appropriately to minimize disruption to teaching staff.
- Record Keeping: Ensuring student medical records and emergency contact information are up to date and managed in strict accordance with GDPR.
- Mail & Deliveries: Managing incoming and outgoing post and receiving deliveries, ensuring they are securely stored and distributed to the correct departments.
- Welfare Support: Acting as a Qualified First Aider (training provided) to support students who feel unwell during the school day.
