A highly regarded Independent School in Lincoln is seeking an organised, proactive and professional School Administrator to join its support staff team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced educational environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school while providing outstanding service to students, parents, staff and visitors.
You will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling telephone and email enquiries, welcoming visitors and ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed at all times. You will maintain accurate student records, process admissions paperwork, prepare school correspondence and support the wider administrative functions across the school.
Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will assist with organising meetings, preparing reports, maintaining confidential documentation and coordinating school communications. The role also involves supporting attendance administration, arranging school events and ensuring office systems operate efficiently.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a busy school office. You will demonstrate professionalism, excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to supporting the wider school community.
