The Role
- Working closely with the HR Manager and senior leaders, you will support all aspects of HR administration including:
- Recruitment: processing, advertising roles and arranging interviews
- Maintaining accurate personnel records and compliance files
- Managing onboarding, new starter paperwork and DBS checks
- Updating HR systems and supporting payroll accuracy
- Coordinating staff training, appraisal documents and absence records
