A thriving specialist arts college in Leicester is seeking a creative and dedicated Drama Teacher to join its award-winning Performing Arts faculty on a part-time basis. This is a wonderful opportunity for a practitioner who wants to teach within a school where the arts are placed at the very heart of school life.
You will teach Drama across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (Eduqas), supporting students in developing their skills in devising, scripted performance, and physical theatre. The role includes contributing to the school's termly showcase events, supporting students preparing for practical performance assessments, and helping to plan and deliver a Drama enrichment day each academic year. As part of a specialist arts college, you will also be encouraged to collaborate with colleagues across Dance, Music, and Visual Art on cross-disciplinary projects.

Requirements
Degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, or a related field, and QTS
Experience teaching GCSE Drama, with strong knowledge of the Eduqas specification
Enthusiasm for cross-disciplinary arts collaboration
Confidence supporting students through performance-based assessments
A flexible, team-oriented approach suited to a part-time role
