The Role

As a Business Teacher, you will plan, deliver and assess high-quality lessons that challenge students and support excellent academic progress. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop students’ understanding of business concepts through relevant real-world examples and case studies

The Ideal Candidate

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher completing training
  • Have experience teaching Business Studies at KS4, with KS5 experience desirable
  • Be passionate about Business and able to inspire high-achieving students
  • Have excellent subject knowledge and a commitment to academic excellence
  • Possess strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Be reflective, organised and committed to continuous professional development
  • Have a positive, collaborative approach to working with colleagues
