An ambitious Secondary School in Leicester is seeking a dedicated and supportive Behaviour Mentor to join their pastoral support team. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people and helping students overcome barriers to learning and personal development.
The successful candidate will work closely with students across KS3 and KS4, providing targeted behaviour and pastoral support to improve engagement, attendance and wellbeing.
