The Role

  • Coordinating pupil admissions, in-year transfers and leaver documentation
  • Maintaining accurate pupil records using Arbor (or equivalent MIS)
  • Supporting attendance monitoring and follow-up procedures
  • Liaising with the Local Authority regarding admissions data
  • Coordinating school tours for prospective families
  • Ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed for all visitors

You will work closely with the Headteacher, SENCo and safeguarding team to ensure accurate and compliant record keeping.
