The Opportunity & School Profile
This Outstanding academy in Leeds requires a dedicated and experienced Premises Manager to oversee the operational management of the campus, leading the site team, and ensuring all services are delivered safely and effectively, supporting the school's high standards.
Core Responsibilities & Scope
- Operational Management: Leading the site team, managing daily schedules, key holding, and responding to operational issues across the site.
- H&S and Compliance: Full responsibility for site security, fire safety, and ensuring all necessary statutory and insurance checks are completed promptly.
- Maintenance Oversight: Implementing planned and reactive maintenance programmes and supervising external specialist contractors.
Compensation & Benefits
- Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (52 weeks per year)
- Salary Range: Competitive salary (ranging from Β£39,000 - Β£48,000 per annum)
