Business Studies & Economics Teacher

A high-achieving Secondary Academy in Leeds is seeking a professional and highly organised Business Studies & Economics Teacher to join their experienced Social Sciences department. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day instructional support across Key Stages 4 and 5, focusing on enterprise models, market structures, microeconomic theories, and financial forecasting. You will also support communication with parents, students, and external business mentors while ensuring that information is handled professionally and confidently at all times. Strong organisational skills are essential, as the role requires the ability to manage complex coursework records, balance tracking metrics, and prioritize tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment.

The school is looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and able to break down theoretical case studies and quantitative data parameters clearly. Good IT skills and data platform literacy are important, alongside strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
