The Leeds Academy is seeking an experienced SENCo to lead inclusion and learning support across Key Stages 3–5.
The role requires strategic and operational accountability for SEND provision, including maintaining the SEND register, writing EHCPs, and coordinating a team of HLTA and LSAs.
You will analyze progress data, implement high-impact interventions, train staff, and represent the academy in local authority reviews, ensuring tailored, equitable support for every student.
