Our client is seeking an experienced, practical Premises Manager to oversee the operational safety, security, and physical development of their school site from September. Working closely with the School Business Manager, you will lead the site caretaking team and manage day-to-day facilities operations to maintain an immaculate learning environment.
Key responsibilities include managing the capital premises budget, overseeing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules, supervising external contractors, and conducting comprehensive site risk assessments. Crucially, you will take direct responsibility for maintaining rigorous, audit-ready statutory safety logs including fire system checks, emergency lighting, asbestos management, and Legionella water testing.
