Do you want to teach across Key Stage 2 in a supportive Crawley primary from January 2026? A Good-rated Crawley school is looking for a flexible and inspiring KS2 Teacher to join the phase on a Full-Time basis.

The KS2 Teacher will join pre-term planning before January 2026, attend a tailored induction in January 2026, and be in the classroom from January 2026 as the KS2 Teacher. This Full-Time KS2 Teacher role suits a practitioner who enjoys curriculum design, small-group intervention and collaborative leadership.

The KS2 Teacher will lead ambitious English and mathematics lessons that weave retrieval practice and vocabulary instruction in the mornings. In the afternoons, the KS2 Teacher will deliver rich foundation subject sequences, practical science and project work designed to build long-term knowledge. The KS2 Teacher will run targeted booster groups, analyse assessment data and report progress to parents — tasks the KS2 Teacher will prepare for prior to January 2026 and enact from January 2026.

The appointed KS2 Teacher will receive coaching, peer observation and focused CPD from induction in January 2026. The Full-Time KS2 Teacher will have protected PPA, access to subject mentors, and opportunities to lead curriculum initiatives after the initial term following January 2026. The KS2 Teacher will work within a collaborative team committed to evidence-informed practice.

We are seeking a KS2 Teacher with QTS, strong classroom outcomes across KS2 and the confidence to innovate.
