The Role
- Position: KS2 Class Teacher (Year 3, 4, or 5 – year group based on experience and preference)
- Location: Carterton, Oxfordshire
- Start Date: January 2026
- Contract: Permanent – Full-Time or Part-Time considered
You will:
- Teach a well-supported KS2 class in a welcoming and well-resourced setting
- Deliver high-quality, inclusive and engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
- Inspire independence, creativity and a lifelong love of learning in pupils
- Use formative assessment to ensure progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
- Work collaboratively with year group colleagues and contribute to school-wide initiatives

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS2 teacher who brings energy, creativity, and commitment to the classroom. You will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- A secure understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Experience teaching in primary, ideally within Years 3–5
- Excellent classroom management and a nurturing, inclusive approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A desire to contribute beyond the classroom and grow professionally
