The Role
- Position: KS2 Class Teacher (Year group flexible depending on strengths and experience)
- Location: Walthamstow, East London
- Start Date: January 2026
- Contract: Permanent – Full-Time or Part-Time considered
- TLR: Available for the right candidate to lead a subject or key stage area
In this role, you will:
- Teach a well-supported KS2 class and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons
- Work within a two-form structure to plan collaboratively and share best practice
- Take responsibility for progress and wellbeing, supporting pupils academically and pastorally
- Communicate effectively with parents and work positively as part of the school team
- (If applicable) Lead a subject area or key stage, supporting curriculum development and teacher confidence
What We’re Looking For
- A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience or strong interest in Key Stage 2
- A creative, reflective practitioner with a passion for high-quality education
- A warm, enthusiastic team player committed to inclusion and equity
- Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills
- Someone open to or ready for leadership responsibilities (for those interested in a TLR)
