The Role

  • Position: KS2 Class Teacher (Year group flexible depending on strengths and experience)
  • Location: Walthamstow, East London
  • Start Date: January 2026
  • Contract: Permanent – Full-Time or Part-Time considered
  • TLR: Available for the right candidate to lead a subject or key stage area

In this role, you will:

  • Teach a well-supported KS2 class and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons
  • Work within a two-form structure to plan collaboratively and share best practice
  • Take responsibility for progress and wellbeing, supporting pupils academically and pastorally
  • Communicate effectively with parents and work positively as part of the school team
  • (If applicable) Lead a subject area or key stage, supporting curriculum development and teacher confidence

  • A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience or strong interest in Key Stage 2
  • A creative, reflective practitioner with a passion for high-quality education

  • Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills
