Our welcoming and ambitious school in Brent is seeking a motivated Year 1 teacher to join our team from January 2026. What we are looking for:
- QTS with recent KS1 teaching experience

- Collaborative, reflective, and organised approach to teaching and learning
Key responsibilities:
- Teach a Year 1 class full-time, promoting curiosity, independence, and a love of learning
- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons tailored to the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND
- Monitor pupil progress and use assessment to inform planning and next steps in learning
- Contribute to year group and whole-school initiatives and projects
- Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages confidence, resilience, and wellbeing
- Engage with parents and carers to foster strong partnerships supporting pupils’ learning and development
