A highly regarded independent school in Kingston upon Thames is seeking a Site Manager to join its operations team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management, maintenance, safety, and security of the school site.

The role will involve overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, managing contractors, carrying out health and safety checks, ensuring compliance across the site, and helping to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for the whole school community.

This is a varied and hands-on role that would suit someone with strong practical skills, excellent organisation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Salary & Benefits

  • School holiday hours: 8:00am–4:00pm
