The successful candidate will join a highly collaborative EYFS team and begin pre-term planning and induction in the weeks immediately before January 2026.

The Reception Teacher will plan continuous provision, lead systematic phonics, and design high-impact adult-led sessions. The school will support the Reception Teacher with mentor coaching from the moment planning begins before January 2026 and through ongoing CPD after January 2026.

Reception Teacher responsibilities
