An Outstanding Secondary School in Kingston is seeking to appoint an experienced and proactive Premises Manager to oversee the effective management of the school's site, facilities, and operational services. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, the successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the premises, ensuring the school site remains compliant, well-maintained, and fit for purpose.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead the management of the school's buildings, grounds, security, maintenance, and health and safety procedures. You will oversee contractors, manage compliance checks, coordinate repairs and improvement projects, and ensure the site operates efficiently. This role requires excellent organisational skills, practical problem-solving ability, and the confidence to manage a wide range of operational responsibilities. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the school and creating a safe and effective learning environment.
