You will assist with day-to-day troubleshooting, hardware maintenance, network monitoring, classroom equipment, user support, and the implementation of new technologies. - Providing first-line support to staff and students across the school
- Supporting AV and classroom technologies including interactive screens
- Assisting with network administration tasks as instructed by senior IT staff
- Monitoring system performance and identifying issues proactively
- Managing user accounts, passwords, permissions, and access rights
- Ensuring cybersecurity protocols are followed and assisting with safeguarding compliance
- Updating software, installing patches, and supporting secure rollouts
- Managing inventory, equipment logs, and ordering replacement parts/resources
- Supporting the setup of ICT suites, new devices, and digital learning environments
- Assisting with the technical side of school events, assemblies, or large presentations
- Ensuring all IT operations follow GDPR and data-protection policies
Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software
