The Role
A high-performing secondary school in Greenwich is seeking a DT Technician to support its practical lessons and workshop facilities.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll help teachers prepare lessons and make sure tools, machinery and materials are ready for students to use safely.
You’ll be responsible for:
Preparing equipment and materials for practical lessons.
Checking tools and machinery are safe to use.
Keeping the workshop tidy and well stocked.
Carrying out basic maintenance and reporting issues.
Organising materials and equipment storage.
Helping staff maintain a safe working environment.
About You
You’ll be dependable, practical and comfortable working in a workshop environment. Experience in a school, engineering workshop or similar setting would be beneficial.
