This is a key role supporting the school’s IT systems and ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations. The successful IT Technician will provide first-line support to staff and students and assist with maintaining hardware and software systems.

Experience and Qualifications

• Previous IT support or technician experience
• Knowledge of Windows environments, networks, and hardware
• Experience supporting users in a school or similar setting (desirable)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach
• Eligibility to work in the UK
