Key Duties
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support.
- Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365 and networking issues.
- Install and maintain hardware and software.
- Assist with IT projects, upgrades and deployments.
- Support servers, backups and security.
- Maintain accurate records and deliver excellent user support.
Requirements
- 2+ years' IT support experience.
- Strong Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge.
- Basic networking knowledge.
