A well-established and high-performing Outstanding secondary school in Bristol is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Technician to join their support team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a modern and well-resourced school environment where technology plays a key role in supporting teaching, learning and whole-school operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the school’s IT infrastructure, ensuring systems run smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis. You will support both staff and students, providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues and helping to maintain a safe and secure digital environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting classroom technology
  • Managing user accounts
  • Maintaining hardware such as laptops and interactive whiteboards
  • Assisting with network administration
  • Implementing new technologies and supporting whole-school digital initiatives

You will be joining a collaborative and supportive team, working closely with teaching staff and senior leadership to ensure that IT provision meets the needs of the school. This is a 11 to 18 well-established, Outstanding Ofsted Rated School in Bristol with a strong commitment to high standards, student wellbeing and continuous improvement.
