We are seeking a proactive IT Technician for a large, digitally advanced secondary school in East London, starting January 2026.

About the Role
- Providing 1st & 2nd line support across the school site
- Troubleshooting Windows, Chromebooks, iPads, and Mac devices
- Supporting staff and students with software, hardware, and network queries
- Maintaining AV equipment including projectors, screens, and PA systems
- Managing user accounts, resets, and permissions
- Monitoring IT asset records and supporting upgrades
- Assisting in whole-school IT rollout projects
Experience and Qualifications
- IT support experience (education sector preferred)
- Knowledge of Windows/Google Admin
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
