We are seeking a proactive IT Technician for a large, digitally advanced secondary school in East London, starting January 2026.

About the Role

  • Providing 1st & 2nd line support across the school site
  • Troubleshooting Windows, Chromebooks, iPads, and Mac devices
  • Supporting staff and students with software, hardware, and network queries
  • Maintaining AV equipment including projectors, screens, and PA systems
  • Managing user accounts, resets, and permissions
  • Monitoring IT asset records and supporting upgrades
  • Assisting in whole-school IT rollout projects

Experience and Qualifications

  • IT support experience (education sector preferred)
  • Knowledge of Windows/Google Admin
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
